Keynote Speakers

LaVonna Roth, M.S.Ed., is an international author, speaker, and consultant. 

In addition to a bachelor s degree in Special Education and two master's degrees, she serves as a board member for Florida ASCD and is an affiliate member of the Society for Neuroscience.

The Keynote will be presented in the Bexar room, located in our Conference Center. 

Elvin W. Houston advises school board members and school personnel in all aspects of federal and state Special Education and disability law, including student discipline, placement, programming, accommodations, and policies affecting students with disabilities.
