Attendees will gain a better understanding of the continuous improvement process as it relates to maximizing the use of resources to ultimately boost student achievement; the process for conducting a comprehensive needs assessment; and how to utilize the Collaborative Comprehensive Needs Assessment Toolkit to support engaging in the process.  The session will be interactive with opportunities for table talk, ideas gathering, and the sharing of best practices.
