DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Living materials are delivered within Region 20 by the ESC-20 Living Science Van on a weekly basis. Non Region 20 schools should check with their Regional Service Centers for delivery schedule.

- Our live snakes, lizards, tree frogs and tarantulas are ordered through a reservation system for a 2-week checkout period. For safety purposes, snakes are shipped out in CB-70 tubs. Please keep black strap hooked over the tub door to prevent the snake from getting out.
- Materials that are to be returned are clearly marked in RED with the return date and must be returned on that date at the same location in your school where you picked them up.
- Rodents (rats, mice, gerbils, and hamsters) are not required to be returned, however, the animal cages supplied at time of delivery are to be returned on the date indicated on the shipping label. Adequate food must be placed in the cage if returning animals to ESC-20.
- All animals and materials will be delivered in ESC-20 containers and/or cages. All animal cages must be returned to ESC-20 on the next van pickup/delivery date following receipt of the animal. If special arrangements are required, contact our Operations Manager or send a message to the Living Science Materials Center.
- Fish boxes, all mealworm/cricket containers, culture cups, spray bottles and DEIONIZED WATER JUGS are to be returned to ESC-20.
