TIER 2

Tier 2 in the MTSS framework provides targeted support for students who need additional help beyond what Tier 1 offers. It involves small group interventions focused on specific academic or behavioral needs. These supports are more intensive and designed to address gaps or challenges identified through regular progress monitoring. The goal of Tier 2 is to help students catch up and succeed in the general education setting.
