Teacher Incentive Allotment
Teacher Incentive Allotment
Education Service Center Region 15 is dedicated to excellence in education through leadership, partnership, and service. Our mission is to provide the highest level of support to districts while working together to improve education across our region.
The Region 15 Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) team is here to walk alongside every district we serve. We are committed to providing personalized guidance to ensure a successful journey with TIA—from application development through data submission and beyond. Best of all, all TIA services are offered free of charge to Region 15 districts.
We look forward to partnering with you, meeting your unique needs, and celebrating successes along the way. Together, we can strengthen teaching, learning, and outcomes for all students in Region 15.

The Region 15 Rural Cohort TIA Team, in collaboration with ESC Region 9 and supported through a TEA grant, is committed to helping rural schools thrive. This initiative extends beyond our own region to provide targeted expertise and resources for rural districts and ESC leads across Texas.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, our team focuses on building local capacity and tailoring support to the unique challenges rural communities face. Whether districts are exploring TIA for the first time, refining applications, or ensuring data accuracy during submissions, the Rural Cohort provides practical tools, coaching, and problem-solving every step of the way. All services are fully grant-funded, meaning there is no cost to districts that join.
If your district would like to be part of the Rural Cohort, please contact Lela Taubert at lela.taubert@esc15.net or email the team at TIA@esc15.net. Together, we can expand opportunities for teachers and strengthen student success in rural Texas.
