Region 14 ESC in collaboration with Cisco College offers an opportunity for paraprofessionals to earn an associate's degree in child development while continuing to work. Through this collaboration with Region 14 and Cisco College, paraprofessionals receive reduced tuition. Most sessions are conducted through Zoom meetings with some face-to-face sessions scheduled.
Classes are generally held Region 14 South at 4300 S. Treadaway, Abilene, TX 79602.
Enrollment is limited. Participants will be selected by committee.

Payment of a non-refundable $100.00 application fee to Region 14
You'll complete two separate applications, one for Region 14 and one for Cisco College.
The Region 14 application linked above must be submitted PRIOR to applying to Cisco College.
Upon acceptance into the program, a $500 non-refundable facilitation fee is payable to Region 14.
Applicants accepted through Region 14 receive a reduced tuition rate from Cisco College.

ADVANTAGES OF THIS PROGRAM:
The classes in the program are typically offered one at a time on a four-week schedule. During the four week schedule we will meet every other Saturday for two Saturdays (or 1 night a week via zoom). The courses generally meet from 9:00am-noon on Saturdays or Monday nights 5:30pm-7:00pm. We will meet during the summer twice a week either during the day or in the evening depending on the cohort's preference and ability.
