The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) partners with the Education Service Centers (ESCs) to ensure that nutrition program partners in Texas have the resources and technical assistance needed to excel.  As regional representatives for TDA Food and Nutrition, ESC Specialists are able to respond quickly to questions and provide technical assistance locally. 

There are no fees and no contracts for TDA partners accessing Child Nutrition Assistance.

We offer training and support for the National School Lunch (NSLP) and School Breakfast Programs (SBP), the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), and the Food Distribution Program (FDP).
