This session will help participants to engage in self-care activities to improve their emotional, physical, social, and mental health. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety which can bring many benefits such as improved quality of life, increase motivation and maximize productivity. This session will provide skills and resources to help build a toolkit for participants to use both for themselves and their community partners.
