Cody Evans grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. As a student of Broken Arrow High School, Mr. Evans was a member of the competitive marching band and the wind ensemble, with performances in the Midwest International Band and Orchestra clinic and Bands of America Grand National Championships. After graduating in 2016, Mr. Evans went to Tulsa Community College and in the summer of 2017 marched with the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps. In 2018 Mr. Evans transferred to University of Tulsa and graduated in the spring of 2021. Mr. Evans took on his first position as assistant band director for Perry Public Schools in Perry, Oklahoma. After teaching for two years, Mr. Evans took on the job here in Eureka Springs.
