Guest Policy and Waiver Information

Welcome to The Marina City Club! We are delighted to have you as a guest of our valued members. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines:

1. Guest Fee and Visits:

   • There is a $20 guest fee per visit.

   • The member or the guest can choose to pay this fee.

   • Guests are allowed a maximum of 10 visits.

2. Waiver Requirement:

   • All guests must fill out a waiver prior to arriving at The Club. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

3. Accompaniment:

   • Guests must be accompanied by a member and/or a representative from Elite Racquet Sports during their visit.

4. Payment Specification:

   • Please specify who will be paying the guest fee when you fill out the waiver.

5. Club Conduct:

   • Guests must be respectful of the club and its members during their visit.

6. Security and Confirmation:

   • Please specify the name to leave at the Security Gate in anticipation of your visit.

   • Once you confirm the day and time of your visit, we will confirm and include parking and court access details.

7. Private Membership Club:

   • The Marina City Club is a private membership club. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our rules and policies.

Instructions for Visiting League Players

We look forward to welcoming you to The Marina City Club!

All visiting league players must complete a waiver and release form before participating in any matches at our facility. This is mandatory and must be done in advance of your scheduled match day.

Waiver and Release Form

Click the button below to access and complete the Waiver and Liability Release Form. Fill out all required fields, including your name, league name, and match date. Provide your emergency contact information, sign the form electronically, and submit it as instructed.

Important Information

• Mandatory Completion: You must complete and submit the waiver form before arriving at The Marina City Club. Without a completed waiver, you cannot participate in any matches.

• Confirmation and Access Details: After completing the waiver, you will receive a confirmation email with a map, parking details, and court access information.

• Check-In: On match day, check in at the Tennis Center and Pro Shop. Our team will direct you to your courts.
