1. Mark important dates on your calendars from the 2023-24 IBP Parents' Calendar. 

Please note these:  - General MYP Meeting: Wednesday, August 30th at 17:15 at 23 Square Grétry (Gymnasium).

                                - Back to School Family Get Together: Wednesday, August 30th at 18:00, 46 av. Eglé.

                                        - MYP 1 In-person Parent Meeting (Online for parents of boarders): Tuesday, September 12th at 18:00, at the Quad, 16 av. Vergniaud.

2. Read important documents

   • Ermitage IB Programs Code of Conduct  & Ermitage Mission Statement & Philosophy

   • School Insurance Policy (assurance scolaire)

   • Computer Usage and Multimedia Policy

   • Ermitage Dress Code and Uniform Purchasing

3. Complete the Student Personal Information Form and the Image Rights Consent Form

4. Download, complete, and return registration materials by email before August 15th to ibprograms@ermitage.fr

   • Permission Slip for IB MYP 1 - 5 Orientation Outings

   • IB MYP 1-5 Early Dismissal Waiver (for day students only)

   • IBP Student Charter Acceptance

   • Complete the IB MYP Health Online Form and submit all the requested documents such as the IBP Emergency Medical Care Authorisation, the Delivery of Medicines at School form, or the PAI form if applicable:  these documents must be hand signed.    • Ermitage Personal Data Collection and Usage Consent Form

5. Purchase uniforms, books, and school supplies

   • Uniform Purchasing at School Uniform Supplier TCA Sports available as of July 21st

   • 2023-2024 MYP 1 Booklist, supplies list & optional summer reading lists 

   • 2023-24 General School Supplies List

6. Submit the "Strengthening community through kindness" Project for ALL MYP and DP students (both new and returning). Please note August 21st deadline. 

7. Activate Student Email - new students only, from Monday, August 21st.

8. Discover the 2023-24 RSIA Program & First Semester RSIA activities

9. Boarding students only: please read the 2023-24 Boarding Handbook,  and fill in the Parent Boarding Form (one form has to be completed for each student) by August 15th. A Gmail email address is required. 

     Students, please fill in the Student Boarding Form by August 15th.

Boarding houses open on Tuesday, August 29th from 12:00 to 18:00. Boarding Parents will be on-site to welcome new students and their families.

      Boarding students and their families are invited to two evening events (August 29th and September 3rd); 

RSVP here and there by August 15!
