PD/PLC


PLC Days are required work days for certified staff. They DO NOT count as PD hours. If staff must be absent on a PLC Day, sick or personal day must be used, or bereavement day if applicable.


PD Days in the District are required work days for certified staff. If staff must be absent on a PD Day, sick or personal days must be used or bereavement day if applicable.


PD and PLC days are not ‘flexible’ days—if you cannot work on these days, some form of leave shall be taken, and there will not be a requirement/effort to ‘make up’ the missed hours.

October 1- November 1: Phase Two (Needs Assessment, School Assurances, School Safety Report) 

November 1- January 1: Phase Three (Professional Learning Plan, Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, Executive Summary, Closing the Achievement Gap Diagnostic) 

January 1- December 31: Phase Four (Progress Monitoring) and Diagnostic
