The workflow is triggered by a simple bookmarklet that sends the relevant information from HubSpot to Zapier and Seidat, where an offer template is duplicated and populated.
The automation saves up to 30 minutes per offer and several workdays per month for each salesperson, while ensuring every offer is created with accurate and consistent data.
I built a custom scraping script in Visual Studio Code to extract company names from industry-specific web pages. These companies were enriched in Clay.com with decision-maker contact details and company insights, including team size, hiring activity, and investment history.
The enriched data enabled precise outreach campaigns to key stakeholders. The project added over 1,000 verified contacts to the CRM and produced 20 sales meetings within one month.
