The poster must follow these specifications:
• Orientation: Portrait
• Poster Size: 2.2 (w) x 6 (ht) feet or 26.4 (w) x 72 (ht) inches
• File Format: JPEG or PNG (along with Canva link or PSD file)
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI
• File Naming: NSBGA_PosterTitle.jpg or NSBGA_PosterTitle.png
The deadline for poster submission is May 11, 2026.
Yes. All Poster Presenters are required to deliver a maximum of 5-minute Dash Talk during the Summit.
Yes. Poster Presenters are required to prepare a short PowerPoint presentation highlighting the important points of their study for the Dash Talk session.
Only the most essential information should be included, such as:
• Research objectives
• Methodology
• Key findings
• Conclusion and recommendations
Oral Presenters are required to submit:
• An Extended Abstract
• A PowerPoint Presentation
The Extended Abstract must:
• Be 4–5 pages long
• Use 1.5 line spacing
• Use 12-point font
• Be in A4 paper size format
The following outline must be followed:
• Title, Authors’ Names, and Information Details
• Abstract
• Brief Introduction
• Brief Methodology
• Brief Results and Discussion
• Conclusion and Recommendations
• References
The deadline for submission of the Extended Abstract is May 08, 2026 (Friday).
Each Oral Presenter will be given 15-20 minutes to present their study.
On the other hand, Virtual Oral Presenters are required to submit a 15-20-minute video recording of their presentation.
The video presentation must follow these specifications:
Format: MP4, at least 1080p
Deadline: Please submit your video by May 18, 2026 (Monday)
Submission: Please upload your file to this Google Drive link: NSBGA Video Presentations
Zoom link will be provided to join the live online meeting while the presentations are delivered at the Summit, and for you to address questions.
Yes. Oral Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for their study, and submit to NSBGA Secretariat on or before May 18, 2026 (Monday).
Please include only the most important and relevant information, such as:
• Background of the study
• Objectives
• Methodology
• Significant findings
• Conclusion and recommendations
Late submissions may no longer be accommodated due to the preparation timeline of the Summit program and materials.
Presenters are highly encouraged to attend all sessions to maximize learning, networking, and engagement opportunities during the Summit.
