The Office of Educational Services has prime responsibility for the mission effectiveness of Edmund Rice Christian Brother schools throughout the United States, Canada, and West Indies. Using the Essential Elements of a Christian Brother Education as guiding principles, OES promotes Catholic identity and mission integration through school leadership development and review processes, teacher training programs, Board formation, and periodic school validation visits. OES also oversees comprehensive immersion programs in North and South America.
