Student IDs
If your student Id is not working or if there is a misspelling, please come to the front office for us to reprint your ID.
YOU MUST BE WEARING YOUR LANYARD AROUND YOUR NECK WITH YOUR ID AT ALL TIMES
After 3 times of losing or forgetting your ID, you will be given a Lunch Detention. Having your ID on you is not only for hall passes, but it is also for security and safety.
There is a $5 fee assessed on IC for every ID you need reprinted.
Student Parking
This is a friendly reminder about our student parking expectations on campus.
Students who park on campus must have a valid parking pass displayed in their vehicle at all times while parked on school grounds. Vehicles parked on campus without a parking pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.
We also want to remind families that students must have a valid driver’s license in order to legally drive to school. Students without a license should not be driving or parking on campus. If a student is found driving or parked on school grounds without a valid license, they may be subject to ticketing or other legal consequences.
Our goal is to help keep our campus safe and ensure we are following school and state regulations. Parents, please take a moment to review these expectations with your student.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.
Off-Campus Lunches
There is a change when it comes to off-campus lunches for our upper-classmen (11th & 12th graders) this year! As many of you know, both 11th and 12th graders are given permission to leave campus for lunch. This is not changing! However, Eagle Ridge Academy will not have parental permission forms that go out at the beginning of the school year. This privilege is given to all upperclassmen to enjoy off-campus lunch, and Eagle Ridge Academy will not deny any upperclassmen the privilege. If parents/guardians do not want their upperclassmen to leave the campus, this must be communicated and enforced by the parents/guardians to their student(s).
Off-campus privileges may be taken away by Eagle Ridge Academy Administrators due to any disciplinary, attendance, and academic issues that may arise throughout the school year. Also, ERA will still use the 5 Star Students scanning system for a sign-in and sign-out policy as well. This has proven to increase safety and security for our students that choose to leave campus during lunch.
Off Campus Food and Delivery Options
Just a friendly reminder, the use of GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other delivery service to drop food off at the school is not permitted. This is a safety concern with random delivery drivers showing up to our campus unannounced.
Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to drop off food for their students at the front office. We will make sure your student receives the food. Also, the food should only be for your student. Parents/Guardians are not authorized to bring food back for groups of students. Since ERA is a federally funded school, and we operate under the "Competitive Food Service" under the Colorado Department of Education and United States Department of Agriculture we have to follow these guidelines.
Any food confiscated will be discarded. Please have a conversation with your student about food delivery services at Eagle Ridge Academy.
