Spelling & Tricky Word Practice 

~ Write your words with chalk on the driveway.

~ Use an old paintbrush to paint your words with water on the driveway.

~ Fingerspell your words in a tray of flour, sugar, or kool-aid.

~ Build your words with wiki sticks.

~ Use a white crayon and marker to write "hidden words". (Ask your child to describe this one.)

~ Airspell your words.

~ Spell your words to a beat. Add claps, snaps, or other motions.

~ Practice typing your words. 

~ Use fancy lettering to practice writing your words.

~ Play "I Spy" and hunt for your words in magazines or books.

~Have an old school spelling bee or test.
