Independent Me

I can put my own shoes on all by myself.

I can put my own coat on without help from an adult. I can zip it up, fasten the button and sort the sleeves if they are inside out!

I can walk forward for 3 steps. I can walk backwards for 4 steps. I can change direction. I can go to the side for 6 steps. Can you mix it all up and try different ideas?

I can be responsible at home for tidying up my toys. I can set the table and help make lunch.

I can get 2 different coloured pens/pencils. I can draw a pattern o o. A pattern repeats. I can do it with 3 colours o o o. I can try it with 4 colours.

I can follow a recipe and make something to eat like a sandwich or ice biscuits.

I can draw a friend or a family member e.g. head, body, legs, arms, 2 eyes, a nose and 2 ears.

I can take turns playing a board game.
