In a world with ever increasing pressures and workload, understanding the decision-making process and the need for auditable records is key to sustained success. This session introduces the skills to understand the decision-making process, allowing the making of defensible and auditable records of decisions. This in turns provides the basis on which individual and organisational learning really can use the benefit of hindsight to continually improve
The free to view session is aimed at investigators and managers who make critical and key decisions at pace where later scrutiny is inevitable.

Sessions can be recorded for future reference. Online delivery can be an efficient method which could suit some organisations.
Customers often choose to attend the classroom taught sessions.
This can be delivered at the customers facility, (we come to you), or at our teaching facility conveniently located in central Birmingham.
Handouts are made available via PADLET, your own personal repository for the reference texts that will be available for future reference.
All students will be mentored through the course material to develop their own reflective practice from case studies on our programmes.
