Our weekly Introduction to... session will be viewable on teams, links sent the day before broadcast.
Reasonable Lines of Enquiry
The first of our September 2024 weekly sessions will focus on reasonable lines of enquiry and disclosure in investigations.
Investigators are asked to consider lines of enquiry in a balanced, transparent and fair manner while also considering necessity and proportionality when deciding if lines of enquiry are reasonable or not.
The free to view session is aimed at investigators and managers who, make, scrutinise and ultimately stand by the decisions made on reasonable lines of enquiry.
The common dilemmas faced will be explored along with some high profile examples providing the very latest advice on protecting your investigative product.
A Q&A session will be included at the end of the session.
