It is absolutely critical for every senior headed to college in the fall to ORDER A FINAL TRANSCRIPT FOR THAT COLLEGE NOW.

• The process is simple and free.

• Log into Parchment.com (Do NOT use your @epulaski.k12.in.us school email)

• Select "Order a Transcript"

• Enter the information for the college you plan to attend next fall

• Select the option - HOLD FOR GRADES (instead of Send Now)

• Confirm and submit

• As soon as final grades are posted in June, your transcript will be sent to the college you've indicated and your college application will then be complete.

If you are attending a COMMON APP school (Purdue, Miami of Ohio, etc.), your final transcript must be sent through Common App and only your Academic Advisor can send the document once grades are available. You MUST LET YOUR ACADEMIC ADVISOR KNOW YOUR INTENDED SCHOOL OF ATTENDANCE FOR FALL. The Academic Advisor can send ONLY ONE transcript through Common App, so it is imperative it is sent to the correct institution. It is the student's responsibility to communicate this to the Academic Advisor.
