We cannot believe it's already time to begin a new season of tryouts! Below you will find a list of all the important dates leading up to the official team tryout on April 3rd.  Please take special note of the mandatory parent/athlete meetings and paperwork deadlines.

Application of Interest Due

March 9th @ 6:30 pm (online form linked above).  Information collected will be used to begin communications regarding tryout processes and dates.

Mandatory Information Meeting (Guardians and Athletes)

March 9th @ 6:30 pm ESHS Commons

Meeting to discuss tryout process, time and money commitments and overall responsibilities of an ESHS Cheerleader.

Tryout Practices & Permission Slip Due

March 30th-April 2nd from 3:30-5:30 pm ESHS Main Gym

Come learn all the material needed for tryouts! More information about what to wear and expect during tryout week will be shared at the parent meeting before tryout week. Middle School students will not be penalized for late arrival.  Students should not leave school early to attend.

Permission Slip MUST be turned in before participating.  This is a google form that will be sent after March 9th.

A copy of your most recent grade report is also due to coaches.

Official Tryout

April 3rd @ 4:00 pm         ESHS Auditorium

Athletes who would like to warm up on the mats before tryouts may arrive at 3:30 pm.

Participants will complete their tryouts (refer to the tryout packet for information about what will be included in the tryout).  Athletes should immediately return home following the completion of their tryout.

Team Announcements

April 4th @ 9:00 am Online

The team announcement will be posted on our website and on the team's Instagram at 9:00 am.   Information about the first new team gathering will be sent via email following the team announcement.
