T-Squared tutoring offers free tutoring for any interested Harry Ainlay Titans. All tutoring is supported by volunteer Harry Ainlay Titans and is done on campus under teacher supervision in the Library. Tutors can also receive credit for their work through Volunteerism or Work Experience; they may also complete course requirements for the International Baccalaureate CAS program or for Leadership modules.

DROP-IN
Tutors make themselves available in the library for their peers before school, during spares, at lunch, or after school. Look for subject-area signs on their tables.
Students needing some help can drop by these tables to get immediate assistance
REPRESENT - You are a Titan.
Abide by the Respectful Use of Technology agreement, which you signed in the fall
You are responsible for all you do while using division technology, including the Google suite; you are still responsible for all you do if using personal technology and platforms
Abide by our Student Behaviour & Conduct agreement, which you signed in the fall
Be in good academic standing: ~75% or higher in courses you tutor
SHOW UP - be there when you say you will, give notice if you have to change plans, answer your emails/messages in a timely manner
BE HONEST - share what you know; remember you don’t have to know it all; seek help when you’re stuck. Your peers won’t judge you.
Let our ombudsman know immediately if you have a question or concern
Tutors must fill out an intake form (posted at , attend an introductory meeting, and complete conduct agreements; once all requirements are met, they are added to a tutor registry. The Titan Tutors Registry is posted to ainlay.ca/tutors under "get some help". This registry is only accesible by EPSB account holders, so students need to login to view. (Tutors are identified by first name and school email address on the registry.) Students seeking help contact tutors and arrange to connect in the library during school hours.
