Art 10 is an introductory class and offers students the opportunity to experiment and explore a variety of media and techniques. This is an entry level course which means that no previous art course is required to take this class. Below you will find examples of some of the work that students have explored over the 2020/21 and 2021/22 school years at Old Scona Academic High School.

Media and Techniques
This last year students explored a variety of materials and techniques. This included: graphite, charcoal, oil pastels, soft pastels, acrylic paint, digital art, pen, and watercolour. Techniques they explored included landscapes, point perspective, painting portraits, found object sculptures, neurographica, typography in art, and so much more!
