Leadership

The Leadership program empowers students to explore the essence of leadership. They will examine their values, leadership styles and personal aspirations while honing skills in communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving and project management. Each level builds on the previous one, equipping students with tools that are directly applicable to academic pursuits, club leadership and student representation. Over time, this program cultivates the abilities necessary for future professional success, fostering an understanding of governance and organizational dynamics. 

Students are encouraged to enhance their leadership capacity through a blend of classroom instruction and practical experiences. Service and volunteerism play a significant role at OSA, benefiting both students and the community. Numerous councils, clubs and community organizations are available for students to apply their leadership skills.
