For over 20 years, the theatre teachers at MCS have poured into the lives of students—building community and producing quality theatre for families to enjoy. The theatre program has allowed students to develop their talents, form friendships that last a lifetime and, through it all, give the glory to God.

It has always been our commitment to keep ticket prices as low as possible so that cost is not a barrier for our audiences, which include families, school matinee groups, seniors and members of the general public. We are committed to offering tickets at $20 for evening performances and $10 for matinees, but we need your help.

Our venue, the Orange Hub, has a non-negotiable ticket facility fee that must be added to every ticket sold. We do not want to pass this fee on to our patrons. We estimate that the facility fee alone will total approximately $2,500, in addition to venue rental costs, which continue to increase.

In addition, we hope to raise funds to support what will likely be one of the most creative and complex productions we have taken on since Mary Poppins. From creating the spectacle of a flying car to designing unique costumes and props, this production will require significant creativity and resources. While we wholeheartedly believe in the creativity and talent of our students, we need financial support to help bring these ideas to life.

To ensure these costs do not create a sustainability challenge for the MCS Theatre program, we are seeking sponsorship to help cover the facility fee and support the creative work of our cast and crew.
