What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

The importance of effective communication and teamwork skills. Sharing a common goal with your teammates not only keeps you accountable to one another but feels all the better when you reach that goal as you have gone through the experience together!

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Team sports are a great way to develop important skills for any career path you choose. I may not have realized it at the time but my experience as a Titan laid down the foundation for many important life skills such as patience, leadership, resilience and perseverance.

Your favourite memory as a Titan?

Playing an undefeated season and winning the provincial championship with the senior women's basketball team in 2008! Being able to share this experience with my twin sister Alanna Poole and my amazing father/coach Robert Poole made it all the more impactful.

Anything else you would like to share?

Some of my fondest high school memories are of my experiences as a Titan! I am still close friends with many of my fellow teammates, and we continue to support each other to this day.
