Being an athlete has influenced my professional career immensely. I have learned the invaluable skills of time management, leadership and team work throughout my time as an athlete.
If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?
Being an athlete is so much more than playing a sport. It's those relationships you build over a mutual love and passion for movement that really matter when you look back.
Your favourite memory as a Titan?
Hard to just pick one, so here are a few. Making the senior basketball team and getting my first layup at Tri-prov were both such great feelings that I remembering working so hard for. When we traveled to Victoria for a soccer tournament and we spent the day sight seeing; I'll never forget feeding the seals with fish hanging out of our mouth. Running cross country provincials in -15degree in Red Deer. MCing the Athletic Banquet in grade 12.
Anything else you would like to share?
Being an athlete, being a Titan and being a varsity soccer player has influenced my professional career immensely. I loved being an athlete and so I chose a career in which I get to surround myself with athletes every single day for the rest of my life.
