What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?
To keep trying and never give up. Even if something isn’t going your way and you feel like you keep failing, you need to keep going and keep giving it your all because one day it is going to work out in a way that you could have never imagined.
If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?
Trust the process. You might not be on the starting line up but you need to trust your team and your coaches and trust that they have you where you need to be in order for you to succeed.
Your favourite memory as a Titan?
Definitely when we hosted provincials at Harry Ainlay for cheer. So many people came out to watch us and support us and it was so much fun. We hit a perfect routine and there was really no better feeling than doing that in your home gym.
Anything else you would like to share?
Being an athlete and being part of the athletic community that Harry Ainlay provided was so amazing. I look back at it and I’m so glad I got to be a part of this community.
