What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

Being an athlete has built my work ethic and taught me many lessons about commitment, cooperation, teamwork, time management, goal setting, reflection, focus, adaptability, and failure. All of these attributes have applicability in my professional career and other areas of my life.

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Enjoy all of the TVTs, Tri-Provs, HAHCs, big wins, and easy games, but don't forget to enjoy the tough practices and hard workouts with your teammates- those are the times that you will grow the most.

Your favourite memory as a Titan?

Going undefeated for 2 seasons in row and sweeping every tournament in handball!
