What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

Hard work pays off. I also learned that you need to step out of your comfort zone in order to improve and get better. Both have helped me in my professional life.

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Cherish every moment! I find myself constantly reminiscing about "the good old days" at Ainlay. You'll blink and it will be over, so really take advantage of your time in high school.

Your favourite memory as a Titan?

Winning the basketball city championship in 2013 and going to Vancouver and Victoria with the team.
