What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

Perseverance is something that is underestimated in my opinion. Ainlay athletics pushes for excellence but it's important to remember that it won't always go how you expect. The best thing you can do is keep a goal in mind and do all you can to achieve it.

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Remember that you only get three years of high school so do your best to make the most of it. Big tournaments and championship games don't come around everyday so cherish those moments.
