What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

Being a Titan taught me discipline, accountability, humility, teamwork and so many other things that are valuable in my life and in my career as a teacher. Special thanks to Coach Hoyt for not only being a great coach and pushing me to be my best, but for being a great friend and mentor long after my time as a basketball player.

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Work hard everyday at your sport and enjoy the time with friends and teammates. It's an amazing opportunity that doesn't last long!

Your favourite memory as a Titan?

There are some games that stick out, but I mostly remember hanging out before and after practice, spending time in the weight room, team dinners, bus rides to tournaments, hotels and all of the relationships built throughout a season.
