What lessons did you learn as an athlete that have served you well in your professional career?

My path to leadership started with the lessons I learned playing on a championship team at Ainlay.... I just didn’t realize it till I was much older. Leading from the front, and by example, can be just as impactful as leading with inspiring words. Diversity can build strong teams that can accomplish more than anyone expected.

If you could share one message or memory with current Titans what would it be?

Don’t place limits on what you can achieve. The hard work you put in when nobody is watching will set the foundation for success your entire life.

Your favorite memory as a Titan?

Looking up and seeing my family supporting me in the stands.

Married my college sweetheart, Debbie, and we recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. We live in Edmond, Oklahoma with our 17 year old daughter Caroline who will be graduating high school this year.
