PRE-ENROLMENT 2024 – 2025
Pre-enrolment for Jasper Place High School for the 2024 - 2025 school year
will take place from February 1st to March 22, 2024
Whether your child is staying at the same school or changing schools, all students need to pre-enrol.
Knowing how many students to expect helps schools prepare to welcome them in September.
Parents/Guardians are required to complete the Next Year School selection in Schoolzone between 8:00 am on
February 1st and 4:00 pm on March 22nd, 2024. (parents must use their parent account for the school selection in
Schoolzone). The school selection needs to be done prior to students selecting courses in OSCR.
Jr High students, attending one of our attendance area schools, will be selecting their courses using the Online
Student Course Request program (OSCR) at their current Jr High school during our scheduled visit there.
All students must be pre-enroled in Schoolzone by March 22, 2024
(Student who miss this deadline may not receive their first choice of courses)
What if you don’t know your Parent/Guardian SchoolZone login credentials?
Jasper Place parents/guardians: If you require your SchoolZone login credentials, please contact lori.allen@epsb.ca to obtain them.
Other EPSB schools parents/guardians: Contact your current school office for your SchoolZone login credentials.
ALL students must be pre-enrolled by 4:00 pm on March 22, 2024 via SchoolZone by the parent/guardian.
NOTE: Completing and submitting the pre-enrollment in SchoolZone does not confirm acceptance to Jasper Place High School.
Students will be notified by April 12, 2024
