FAQ
What do I do if I break my Chromebook?
If something is wrong with your chromebook, please create a Helpdesk ticket. Some issues may require an appointment to have your chromebook assessed by a technology analyst. Some issues may be repaired by Tech, others may require the device to be sent out. If the chromebook is beyond repair, it will need to be replaced, as per the Device Pledge.
What if someone else broke my Chromebook?
Regardless of the who, how, or why, if a chromebook is damaged, it must be repaired or replaced. Payment will be assessed between the students, parents, and/or school administration.
What do I do if I lost my chromebook, or believe it was stolen?
If you are unable to locate your chromebook, please contact the Technology Department and let us know, and we will do what we can to help you. Students who lose their chromebooks are responsible for replacing them.
