Trip deposit, along with permission slip and t-shirt order form are due on Thursday, November 1st.
Below you will find copies of the paperwork that has been distributed so far. Please be advised the deposit for the trip is due on Thursday, November 1st. The remaining balance* payment schedule is as follows: 1/15/18 ($55), 3/5/18 ($55). *Balance may be lowered due to fundraising. Also, student account balances can be used towards the trip.
