Project Overview:
EPK Roof Restoration projects will be conducted in accordance with the specific requirements and conditions applicable to promote the longevity and integrity of the roofing system.

· Structural Assessment: Ensure the roof's structural integrity, including trusses, beams, and decking, is sound and complies with relevant building codes.
II. Cleaning and Preparation:

III. Repairs:

Secure building approval for the re-roofing project.
Develop a detailed project plan and schedule.

II. Engineering and Design:
Engage a qualified structural engineer to assess the roof's integrity.
Collaborate with the engineer to create a compliant roofing design.
Select appropriate roofing materials based on engineering recommendations.
III. QBCC Compliance:

Address any identified deficiencies before project completion.
Provide the client with warranties, certifications, and as-built drawings.
