Through the power of collaboration, TTSC empowers leaders of teaching and learning to plan for the very best year ahead.
This isn't your typical conference or retreat. At The Episcopal Academy's Transforming Teaching Summer Collaborative (TTSC), leaders of teaching and learning maximize collaboration to think deeply and plan proactively to lead instruction and guide change in their schools. TTSC is a space to be inspired, share and learn best practices, and leave feeling a renewed sense of purpose and energy for the year to come.
TTSC is intended for leaders of teaching and learning that support teacher growth and professional learning in their schools.
Whether you are new in your role or simply looking for fresh ideas from other educational change-makers from peer schools, TTSC is a perfect place to connect, learn, and develop professionally.
The size of this conference is designed to maximize learning, productivity, and connectivity. You will have the ability to connect with other attendees in small groups and even one-on-one, developing relationships to support you throughout the school year.
Rather than offering a host of disjointed workshops and speakers like a typical conference, TTSC offers significant, built-in time for planning and feedback. This will supercharge your ability to implement impactful changes when you return to school.
TTSC sparks inspiration through our powerful keynote speaker, who will help us think deeply about how we work with teachers and explore how we can re-energize connections. However, the real power of TTSC is within the attendees' very own deep knowledge and passion around independent schools.
Remi's keynote will explore how leaders can navigate educational change with care and curiosity, addressing challenges like innovation, uncertainty, and AI in education. Through interactive activities and collaborative inquiry, he will help participants reflect on leadership opportunities and shape TTSC’s shared learning journey.
