Dominique Byrnes has served EPCUSD401 since 2005 as a 5th and 6th grade teacher, EL resource teacher, and the District Language Coach. She also taught dual credit high school students and adult learners at Triton College.

Jamie Kanas is the Instructional Specialist for ELA & SS and the K-8 MTSS Specialist. She taught 4th grade at Elmwood Elementary for 11 years. She holds a master's degree in Gifted Education as well as an endorsement for teaching English Learners.

Paul Uhler is the District Instructional specialist for Technology. Having taught technology instruction at Elmwood since 1999, along with some time at John Mills and the ECC. Paul is ready to assist all staff with integrating new technology into their curriculum.

Vanessa Woof is the District Instructional Specialist for Math and Science. She has been teaching since 2014! Vanessa has taught 1st and 3rd grade. She has also been an EL resource teacher.
