CIRCUS SKILLS WORKSHOPS

£375 5 hours 

An open play session which runs all day.  Usually running: 11.00-4.00pm

We will provide a large Rainbow belle tent 5x5 Meters (we have two! ) when it is booked in with other 2 other services, if not it is £50, situated in a bunted off area which we will create.

Our circus trainers Tommo or Lottie are circus skills professionals in the flow arts, they wear in circus attire, bring an array of circus equipment from the list below:

* diabolos,  

* juggling balls, 

* spinning plates, 

* hula hoops, 

* devilsticks, 

* mini stilts , 

* poi and 

* staffs.                                                             

    The equipment is laid out for the public to come and have a try with. 

The circus facilitators show the public use of the equipment through out the day.

This series of storytelling sessions are perfect for toddlers and young ages. This is a storytelling session with drama and puppets, props and music including Lots of fun and plenty of interaction. 

We read two stories such as the Gruffalo, zog, the smartest giant in town and room on the Broom amongst other popular tales.

Step into a realm of magic and wonder at our Opening Ceremony Singing Concert, where you will meet the enchanting royalty of the fae realm! Choose from other delightful characters, including:

These magical characters will begin each festival morning with a captivating performance of song and speech being opening the fairy portal to enchantment.

Our Fairy Queen will grant wishes, offer photo opportunities, and host the opening with elegance and charm. She can also lead a procession or take the stage as an emcee for an additional £60.

Our trained singers will perform three delightful songs for both children and adults, and will engage in a Q&A session where children can learn more about the fairy realm. Every young participant will receive a complimentary unicorn headband as a magical keepsake for a further £25

For the budding adventurers, the Pirate Captain will introduce children to the excitement of the Pirate School, engaging them in drama play.

Our singers perform in pairs, offering three enchanting 20-minute sets of Christmas classics such as "The 12 Days of Christmas," "Silent Night" (in both German and English), "O Come All Ye Faithful" with Latin extracts, and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." You also have the option to select your favorite carols for them to perform.

For £350, enjoy the full experience of three delightful sets throughout your event. Our performers will add a touch of drama and authenticity, walking around in character and setting the scene with an 'invisible theatre' drama before each performance.

FIRE PERFORMANCES 

Ignite your holiday festivities with the captivating glow of our Fire Performances. Offering warmth and wonder, our talented fire artists perform two thrilling 15-minute shows each day, creating an unforgettable spectacle.

For £350, guests can enjoy this dazzling display, complete with the opportunity to meet and greet the performers before and after each show. To enhance the experience further, two fire performers are available for £475.

Three sets of 20 minutes

Invite enchantment and imagination to your event with our Animated Storytelling sessions, featuring a vibrant 5x5 rainbow bell tent as a picturesque backdrop or for shelter during inclement weather. Delight in tales brought to life by beloved characters such as Mother Christmas, Jack Frost, Elsa, elves, the Christmas Tree Fairy, and more.

Enjoy two engaging shows throughout the day for £300 with the tent or £250 without. Our characters vary with the seasons, including figures like The Autumn Fairy, The Winter Enchantress, Ostara the Spring Fairy, and Crimson the Yule Tree Fairy.

Celebrate the spirit of the season with our delightful Yule Festive Crafts! Guided by the enchanting Elf Entertainer, Yule Fairy, or Mother Christmas, these engaging sessions offer creative crafting fun for all ages.

Available for just £150, enjoy three sessions per day, each lasting 20-30 minutes. All materials are provided, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.

All acts are invoiced around the event. we give 1 months payment time from invoice, fees that come in after may be charged a late fee of 5% per week of the total amount at EPTCs digression. 

the client will be emailed a warning before this is put on to the new invoice.

Cancellation p0licy;

We have a strict cancellation policy to protect our performers and business' through out the year.

We will charge in invoice cancelation fees to the below specifics.

• 50% of the agreed amount will be charged if cancelled within a month from production.

• 100% of the fee will be charged if cancelled in less than 1 week from production.
