Registration Deadline: January 10, 2026
Registrations submitted by this date are guaranteed meals, materials, and conference swag items.
Final Change Deadline: January 25, 2026
This is the last day to submit any name changes, substitutions, or shirt size updates.
Changes submitted after this date are not guaranteed and may be adjusted on-site at the conference. If a student needs to be added, payment is due immediately.
Payment Policy:
Invoices will be sent following registration confirmation.
Payment is due within two (2) weeks of invoice notification.
Reminder emails and a follow-up phone call will be sent prior to the payment deadline to confirm attendance. If payment is not received and we do not hear from you by the deadline, your registration will be canceled and your spot released to the waitlist.
Lastly, there will be a mandatory chaperone meeting on January 26th at 4:00PM and February 23rd at 4:00PM. Please note both of these meetings are important for the sake of logistics.
Refund Policy:
Please note that no refunds will be issued after January 25, 2026, as final counts must be confirmed with vendors at that time.
Presenter Information
If you are interested in presenting a breakout session, please select “Breakout Presenter” during registration.
If your program is registering students and also presenting, please make sure to note that on your registration form so we can coordinate your schedule and materials accordingly.
Space is limited, and registration will close once capacity is reached. Institutions are encouraged to register early and provide complete student and staff information to ensure proper accommodations.
