SOAR is an acronym used to detail expectations for ALL students. Students are expected to adhere to these expectations in all areas of the school building. We reinforce these desired expectations with positive reinforcement. 

Lower School has adopted an Olympics-style competition to encourage students to adhere to SOAR expectations. This style of competition is focused on personal accountability, intrinsic motivation, and creating a strong classroom community.
