We pride ourselves in offering a turn key service for residential well sampling and sanitizing. Selling or buying a house can be stressful; let us give you one less thing to worry about. Most underwriters are now requiring houses that are on wells to be tested for water quality before closing. All it takes is a phone call and we will schedule your sanitizing and or sampling, submit samples to our state certified drinking water contract lab and send you and your realtor a report and invoice for your closing. Need it done now but want to pay at closing?? No problem! We offer pay at closing options so everything can be rolled into your closing costs. 

Sampling vs Sanitizing

The test required by most underwriters is Total Coliform P/A. This is a sensitive biological test that checks for the presence of bacteria in water. As this is a sensitive test that is either pass or fail, we recommend that sanitation be done prior to performing testing. With our years of experience in helping bring water mains online for municipal and commercial contractors, we will sanitize your well according to EPA standard operating procedures and ensure you get a passing test on the first try. We see enough failures in this test to offer this service as a package in which we come out and sanitize your well (including all lines in the house) and allow the solution to sit for 24 hours before coming back out and flushing the system before we pull the sample. If we sanitize, we guarantee a passing report or we make it right at no extra cost to you.

Extended Area (AL or over an hour away):

Well Test - $450
