Welcome! In order to participate in middle and high school athletics in the state of Alabama you must have a completed Dragonfly Max account. Follow the steps below to create your account.

Step 1: Follow this link to Dragonfly Max and create your account.

All issues I deal with in Dragonfly come from the mobile app. If you are having an issue, try using the website on a computer.
You will be creating a parent account and then creating a branching account for your child.
Be sure the student name on the account matches their Birth Certificate, otherwise the account will not be eligible. Every document and signature of the student must match the Birth Certificate in order to be eligible.

Step 2: Connect your account to your school.
You can search the school’s name or input the following code(s):
Coppinville Jr High School:

Once you select the school, a school administrator must approve the request to join. The student name must be enrolled at CJHS and on a tryout list in order to be approved. If your child is awaiting approval after 48 hours please contact Coach Holloway at jholloway@enterpriseschools.net

Step 3: Fill out your child's demographic information request for your child to join either the "Female Tryout Roster" or the "Male Tryout Roster" for the current school year.
DO NOT request to join a sports team. If your child makes the team, the coach will add them to the team roster on Dragonfly.
Selecting the wrong “Grad Year” can keep your coaches from seeing your child’s account. Please select the correct year your child is on track to graduate in.
Also, selecting the wrong year for tryout roster can make it difficult to find your child's account.
Step 4: Uploading and Completing Required Documents
A. Pre-Physical (Frontside of Physical Document) - Fill out or upload image. Good for 1 year from signed date.
B. Physical (Backside of Physical Document with Doctor signature) - Upload image. Good for 1 year from exam date.
C. Birth Certificate (Student name on account must match this) - Upload image
D. Sportsmanship - Follow link to complete; good for entire school career. (Name on certificate must match Birth Certificate, for multiple siblings, name on certificate can be changed in the settings of the Sportsmanship website prior to completing the course). If you have trouble with the link, click here.
E. Participation Agreement Form - Parent and Student sign digitally. Do NOT list sports you want your child to play under exemptions! Must fill out again each year after June 1.
F. Concussion Awareness Form - Parent and Student sign digitally. Must fill out again each year after June 1.
G. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form - Parent and Student sign digitally. Must fill out again each year after June 1.
When completing and uploading documents, be sure the school year you are trying to work on matches the current school year, even with Spring Tryouts. The following school year does not open until June 1st. If you select the wrong school year you may get a message that the year is closed to registration.
Once a document has been uploaded it goes into your “vault” of documents. It does not always show as the current document. You will need to go where you want it to show, click “Fill out, Upload, or Select a Document”, then click “Choose a form you’ve already filled out”, and then select the document you want to show.
