Some Notes from the host:
FINALS
Finals will swim in one 8-lane course. Consolation finals will be swum in the 11-12, 13-14 and Open events except for events noted. The B heat will swim prior to the A heat in Finals.
All 10 & Under events will be Timed Final events except for the 50 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke, 50 Breaststroke and 50 Butterfly, which will be Prelim/Final events. The Top 8 swimmers in those 4 events will return for Finals.
SCRATCHES
The current Southeastern Championship Scratch Rules will be used during the meet. Swimmers qualifying for finals or consolation finals must notify the Admin within 30 minutes of the announcement of the qualifiers for the final event that they are scratching from or intend to scratch from. Furthermore, if the athlete does not wish to compete in finals in that event, the athlete or coach much scratch from finals at the Admin table within 30 minutes following the posting of that event.
PENALTIES
Deck-Seeded Events: Failing to swim an event after a positive check-in will result in the swimmer being barred from his/her next event unless relieved in good cause by the Referee.
Failure to Swim Finals: Any swimmer failing to properly scratch and failing to compete in the consolation finals or finals shall be barred from his/her next event unless relieved for good cause by the Referee. For Sunday Finals, any swimmer failing to properly scratch and failing to compete in the consolation finals or finals shall be fined $1.00.
SwimOutlet will be on site this weekend for any day swim equipment or suit needs.
There will be a Fan Experience tent out front this year sponsored by Beaman Toyota. There will be a lots of things going on in the Fan Experience tent including a photo booth and livestreaming of the meet in the tent so no one will miss any of the action going on inside.
Parking:
On-site parking at the ISC is first-come, first-served. Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: Additional off-site parking is available at the Concord Park Civitan Ball Fields lot. It is encouraged that the Excel Families take advantage of the offsite parking as possible so we can leave as much space as possible for your teams and normal facility use. Beaman Toyota will be providing shuttle service to/from the off-site lot all day. Absolutely no one should be parking at the Brentwood Police Department or at The Winfield at The Heritage lots. Cars parked illegally at the ISC, the Brentwood Police Department or The Winfield at The Heritage lots will be subject to tickets and/or towed.

Thursday’s Open 400 IM and Open 1500 Free will be Timed Finals and will swim together fastest
to slowest, alternating girls/boys and be scored separately.
Thursday’s 12 & under 400 Freestyle will be a Timed Final. The 11-12 and 10 & under will swim
together fastest to slowest, alternating girls/boys and be scored separately.

Warm-up: 6:45 - 7:45 a.m. Ensworth Assigned warmup - 7:10-7:35 a.m. Plan to arrive by 6:55 a.m.

Warm-up: Ensworth Assigned warmup - 11:00-11:20 a.m. Plan to arrive by 10:45 a.m.

Saturday’s 13 & up 400 Freestyle - The 13-14 and 15 & up will swim together but be scored
separately. After Positive check-in, the Top 8 swimmers in each gender, regardless of age, will
swim in the Finals Session. The remaining swimmers will swim fastest to slowest, alternating
girls/boys.
