The "Hygiène Alimentaire et Système Assurance Qualité" (HASAQ) research laboratory, created by Ministerial Order No. 145 dated April 14, 2012 and affiliated to the Higher National Veterinary School, is a laboratory dedicated to research and innovation in the crucial field of food hygiene.

HASAQ's objectives are clear and decisive: it aims to guarantee food hygiene, health and safety, and to develop risk management systems in the food industry, focused on quality assurance. The laboratory operates in a "One Health" context, where food safety is closely linked to the agri-food sector and public health.
