Registration Guidelines

• Authors must complete their registration by October 23, 2026 (Firm).

• Author and non-student registrations allow full access to PEMWN 2026 technical sessions, including Keynotes, Tutorials, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.

• All listed fees are in USD ($).

Registration rates :

Author full registration - covering up to three papers (by October 23, 2026) : Firm

- Author IEEE/IFIP members*: 680 USD 

- Author non-members: 780 USD

Student registration : 

- IEEE/IFIP members*: 400 USD

- Student non-members: 450 USD**

Participant registration:

- Early registration (by October 23) : 780 USD (680 USD for IEEE/IFIP members*)

- Late registration (after October 23) : 850 USD (780 USD for IEEE/IFIP members*)

Extra gala dinner : 120 USD

*  A valid 2026 IEEE membership is required to have the special IEEE member fees (membership number is required).

** This student rate doesn’t allow to register for a full paper. This is only for attendance.
