As an organization, it is important that we set clear and achievable targets and objectives to demonstrate measurable progress. Ensetcorp (ECSB) takes Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing very seriously and we strive each and every day to make our workplace safer for our employees, our colleagues, the environment and the public.
The following objectives and targets are what ECSB Top Management have implemented for 2025, and as a team we will work to achieve them.
1. HSE Objectives
1.1 Wellbeing & Physical Health
We will ensure that all of our personnel, colleagues and workers are taken care of both physically and mentally. Mental health is a serious issue in recent times and has a negative impact on our business and the businesses of our customers. We will do our best to address any issue that may be causing a decline in wellbeing for any of our team, whether a direct result of our company's activities or not.
1.2 Safety Culture
We will foster and encourage positive HSE behavior by practicing it ourselves. We will put health, safety and environment before anything else we do. We will enable a workplace that promotes continuous improvement, and we will improve through constructive input across all levels of the organization. We will drive a solid, unrelenting culture of safety and wellbeing through our organization.
1.3 Paper Free & Eco-Responsibility
We reduce our paper usage as often as possible, by limiting printing where we can and avoid the reproduction of business cards and other wastage. We will actively look for ways to reduce our paper usage and do our best for the environment.
1.4 Compliance
We will maintain compliance with all the applicable HSE Legal/Regulatory requirements. We will not violate any laws or regulations that protect personnel, plants or the environment. We will intervene in any other person or company that does.
2. HSE Targets
2.1 Training
Site personnel must hold all required operational certifications. All new personnel to complete company HSE training within 1 month of onboarding. Target: 100% compliance.
2.2 Management Reviews
Management reviews of HSE Management System and HSE performance to take place quarterly. Target: 100% compliance.
2.3 Mock Drills
Evacuation and emergency response drills to be held at ECSB facilities at least once per year. Target: 100% compliance.
2.4 Proactive HSE Behavior
Our team will intervene in acts of behavior external to ECSB that demonstrate poor behavior or culture towards health, safety, wellbeing or the environment. These external interventions do not need to be related to our industry. Target: 4 interventions.
2.5 Hazard Identification and Rectification
ECSB staff will actively seek hazards and rectify them where possible. Target: 1 meaningful Hazard Identification per person per week. Target: 100% rectification where possible.
2.6 Hazard Identification and Rectification
We will reduce our usage and dependence on paper. Target: 40% reduction in paper usage by the end of 2026.
3. HSE Targets (Reactive KPIs)
Zero fatalities.
LTIFR below 0.2
TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) below 0.2
Zero HSE Non-Conformances
Zero Recordable Incidents
Zero Damage to Environment
Zero High-Potential (HiPo) Transport Incidents
Zero attrition or resignations due to burn-out or other work-related stress.

Zero New Cases of Occupational Illness
Together as a team, Ensetcorp can achieve these objectives and targets, and as the organization's leader, I will also be held accountable for achieving them. Let's have a safe and prosperous year!
