Differences

You maybe wondering what are some of the differences between Enlight and other platforms. We have looked over each of the platforms following platforms and they all look good and have their own similarities and differences.  We noted that Allara Global and Ananas Academy mainly cater to the hospitality industry.

As far as differences between Enlight and the other platforms and what we can bring to the table as something a little different is as follows: 

• We consider Enlight to be a Training Management System rather than a Learning Management System. This is primarily addressed with the extensive built in “Instructor” system which has proven to raise the quality and quantity of student completions. We believe this is an important point in contrast to highly automated courses with little to no actual student interaction.

• With the instructor based system as opposed to super automation, this is where the creator is held accountable for the success of his students.

• Enlight is designed to concentrate on incremental training of the students as one of the major factors in bringing about successful student completions who can apply what they have learned. This is built into the system via the “Learn”, “Apply”, Review” and “Control” steps. We mentioned the low completion rate of online courses and one of the main aims of this platform was to address that problem.

• As quality of training is a primary point of concentration for us, we offer a free trial with no time limitation on how long it takes a client to build their course. They are then allowed a limit of 2 students through the course before having to move to a paid plan. This is different to other platforms trial periods. 

• Enlight does not limit itself only  to a specific type of business or company. Instead Enlight is suitable for any business or company of any kind seeking to train their staff for onboarding or increased production reasons. Enlight as well caters to any individual who has a skill they would like to monetise through means of a training course.

• Enlight offers a greater international reach as the platform itself has built in functions to allow for translation into other languages of as many courses as the creator wants. 

While not a difference between Enlight and the other platforms, it is worthy of note that Enlight was designed and built by the head of an Australian programming company (Reinteractive) that does a lot of the programming for Salesforce. Programmers who have entered the back end of the Enlight platform have commented on just how robust the platform is.

This same company head recently released a new product in the US called StoreConnect which is the new e-commerce platform for Salesforce and many other companies are rapidly coming onboard. The training on how to use StoreConnect is all being done on the Enlight platform.
